BRICOFER

Bricofer is an Italian chain of DIY stores, leader in Italy and present throughout the peninsula, particularly in average sized towns. The adventure of the Bricofer group began in 1979 with the opening of a single hardware shop in the centre of Rome by Aldo Pulcinelli. Since then it has enjoyed strong growth with 123 stores and franchises in Italy and  has over 700 employees.

Most of the shops offer self-service, but some have kept the traditional sales counter. This dual system enables a high level of customer service to be offered.Bricofer proposes a large range of products with 25,000 products for DIY, gardening, decoration and interior design. Bricofer works with over 400 suppliers. The DIY retail market in Italy is growing rapidly, and Bricofer, thanks to its franchise system and the size of its shops, is ideally positioned to lead this growth.
